So basically I'm SOOO stupid!
Pulled smething in my groin yesterday at the gym, and have the gym tomorrow so figured I'd use some Deep Heat to get rid of the pain before the sesh tomorrow...Obviously masking off my lady bits....
And...OOOOOWWWWWWWWW
Apparently nowhere on the can does it say not to use in 'that' area. God I'm BURNING. so much pain. Everywhere from my waist down is BRIGHT RED.
I feel I can tell my followers these things, because face it, all women have these horribly stupid embarrasing moments!
I'm going to slink away to a corner and cry now......
